Ive had the basic menstrual calendar app for years. Never had a problem when switching phones, my data would be backed up and restored. Now, after switching phones again, I tried to restore my data several times and it will not transfer to the app. I even upgraded to the premium and paid for it and still nothing. I reached out via email twice to the developers who never responded! I want my money back or my data restored. This is is so important to me as I have recently suffered a miscarriage and have so many important things documented from the last few months. I could just cry.
